Country Barn Rental Prices Barn Rental prices includes renter’s setup time in addition to use of tables, chairs, the kitchen, refrigerator, range, microwave, garbage cans and liners. Deposit of 50% of Total is required within 7 days of a verbal agreement to secure the date of your event. Balance is due two weeks prior to your event. Saturday Barn Rental $500.00
Sunday thru Friday Barn Rental (under 80 guests) $150.00 Wedding (with barn rental -any number of guests any day) $100.00 Drink and Munchies Package (Coffee, Iced Tea, Pop and Munchies for up to 200) $200.00 Multi-Media Projector (includes 8' screen) $210.00 Outdoor Bonfire (pre-lit prior to your event) $50.00 Decorating (you supply the decorations and we decorate for you) $50.00 We promise to
work with you and do what we can to satisfy any reasonable special
requests and to ensure that your event is fun, memorable, and safe
