Country Barn Rental Prices Barn Rental prices includes renter’s setup time in addition to use of tables, chairs, the kitchen, refrigerator, range, microwave, garbage cans and liners. (Tables and Chairs in the barn cannot be used outside) Deposit of 50% of Total is required within 7 days of a verbal agreement to secure the date of your event. Balance is due two weeks prior to your event. Saturday (only) Barn Rental $500.00 Wedding At the Barn (with barn rental) $100.00 Rehearsal Dinner Friday Night (before day of wedding) $75.00 Drink and Munchies Package (Coffee, Iced Tea, Pop and Munchies for up to 200) $200.00 Outdoor Bonfire (pre-lit prior to your event) $75.00 Decorating (you supply the decorations and I'll decorate for you) $50.00 Please note: The Barn is available for Saturday rental only and is closed January thru March Make checks payable to Janice Carpenter I promise to
work with you and do what I can to satisfy any reasonable special
requests and to ensure that your event is fun, memorable, and safe
